Testing or other quality control techniques will only be used within the scope guaranteed by Helmo and when Helmo considers it necessary. Unless mandated by applicable law, it is not necessary to test all parameters of each product.
Hongmao assumes no obligation for the design or application of customer products. The circuit examples and usage methods recorded in this document are for reference only and are not designed to guarantee mass production. At the same time, Hongmao does not assume any responsibility for the damage caused by the incorrect description of the content recorded in this material. Please be careful to use the product within the conditions described in this document, paying particular attention to the absolute maximum rating, operating voltage range and electrical characteristics. Hongmao shall not be liable for any damage caused by failures and/or accidents caused by the use of the products outside the scope of the conditions described in this document. Hongmao products are not authorized for use in FDA Class III (or similar life-critical medical devices), Hongmo products are not components of equipment or devices designed to cause damage to human body, life or property (medical equipment, disaster prevention equipment, safety equipment, fuel control equipment, infrastructure control equipment, vehicle equipment, traffic equipment, vehicle equipment, aviation equipment, space equipment and nuclear energy equipment, etc.). Hongmao products cannot be used in life-support devices, implanted devices and other devices that directly affect human life. Unless authorized officials of each party have entered into a special agreement to regulate such use.
The use and supply (export) of Hongmao products for the development of weapons of mass destruction or military purposes is strictly prohibited. Hongmao shall not be liable for any provision (export) for the development, manufacture, use or storage of nuclear, biological, chemical or missile weapons, or for any other military purpose. Only those Helmo products that Helmo specifically identifies as military grade or "enhanced plastics" are designed or specifically intended for use in military/aerospace applications or environments. The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that any military or aerospace application of Honmo products not intended for military or aerospace use is at Customer's sole risk and that Customer is solely responsible for meeting all legal and regulatory requirements relating to such use.
Hongmao does not explicitly specify that products that meet the requirements of ISO/TS16949 cannot be used in automobiles. In any case, Hongmo will not be liable for failure to meet ISO/TS16949 requirements due to the use of non-specified products. Except for the vehicle use specified by Hongmao, the above uses shall not be used without Hongmao's written permission. The Company shall not be liable for any damage caused by the use of Hongmao products other than for the purpose specified by Hongmao.
Hongmao products are not radiation-resistant design products. Customers are requested to take radiation protection measures in the process of product design according to the application. Hongmao products under normal conditions of use, will not affect human health, but because of the chemical substances and heavy metals, so please do not put them in the mouth. In addition, the fracture surface of the wafer and the chip may be sharp, so please pay attention to protection when touching with bare hands to avoid injury.
Semiconductor products may have a certain probability of failure or misoperation. In order to prevent personal accident, fire accident and social damage caused by the failure or misoperation of Hongmao products, customers are required to carry out safety design such as lengthy design, measures to prevent the spread of fire and prevent misoperation. And please make a full evaluation of the whole system, and the customer can judge whether it is applicable.
